The Siedenburg Group will serve as a catalyst by listening, questioning and by providing counsel, contributing a real estate perspective to the operational team. This results in solutions with realistic economics. We assist in identifying how corporate goals interact with current real estate holdings and create determining strategies to meet required needs.
Site Selection Counsel
The Siedenburg Group will coordinate a client's site selection requirements and implement the acquisition process locally, regionally or nationally. The process can include locating, negotiating for and contracting for a site. Counsel will include coordination of governmental permitting, economic incentives and the construction process.
Facility Development
The Siedenburg Group will facilitate the internal and will manage the external development process when developing corporate property. The Siedenburg Group will coordinate with the seller, architect, contractors and financing for corporate development projects.
Portfolio Analysis
The Siedenburg Group will review client's current portfolios and identify areas for diversification, reallocation or alternative strategies. We will analyze reliability of cash flow and assist in determining and identifying opportunities to increase earnings and will recommend whether to sell or hold current property in light of changing market conditions.
Brokerage Services
The Siedenburg Group will provide traditional commercial real estate brokerage services representing tenant, buyer, or seller.
